XEDENY supports companies wishing to initiate a transformation process, from the definition of needs to the implementation of their real estate project, our mission being to make their future offices the levers of commitment and performance of their teams.

In a world of work that is undergoing profound change, our experience in the design of tertiary spaces — which must now take into account the widespread development of hybrid work — supports us in the vision of the primary role that interior architecture must play in the layout of office spaces for to encourage them to evolve towards more collaborative and user-friendly.

The widespread use of telework has also raised several questions;
Why do we return to the office, what services or amenities employees expect at their workplace that they don’t have at home, how to manage remote teams for managers, and how to generate attractiveness and regain a spirit of belonging to the company?

We have worked all these points in collaboration with real estate departments and managers of work environments of large companies or organizations.

We know that places can be generators of performance and well-being as long as they are adapted to the needs and ambitions of their users. Spaces where teams interact and come together are now becoming "communication hubs" and landmarks for increasingly nomadic employees.  They must be attractive and user-friendly while maintaining their primary vocation: to provide comfort at work and improve productivity.

We also believe that successful workplace design is based on several key factors in its implementation:

Mobilization, listening, co-construction and support.

That is why, In addition to our involvement as an architect, we provide personalized support to employees to help them take ownership of the project.

We continue to pursue common objectives within XEDENY and the XENESE group of which we are a part, based primarily on customer satisfaction, by providing them with a wide range of services and professional quality skills .
